Mrs. Costa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Family Sciences, and her Mediation Certification from Texas Woman's University. She is a Certified Family Life Educator specializing in communication, conflict management, family crisis, interpersonal relationships, family resource management, parent education and guidance, family and religion , and ethics. Mrs. Cutting holds a Master of Arts degree in Addictions Counseling and is currently enrolled in the Masters of Arts counseling program through Liberty University. She is also a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, a Certified Family Life Educator, a Substance Abuse Professional and PACE trained (Professional Academy of Custody Evaluators.). Mrs. Cutting is certified to provide substance abuse evaluations for the Department of Transportation.
